Reserve Your Build Spot

Reserve Your Spot!

Your place in our build schedule starts here.

At GA Aerospace, every aircraft build is treated as a carefully managed build project—not simply an assembly job.

Because each aircraft is built to the customer's configuration and our build capacity is limited, our build schedule is typically booked 6–9 months in advance. Rather than asking you to finalize every detail of your aircraft today, we offer the opportunity to reserve your place in our build queue while we work together to define your build.

Reserve your place with a deposit.

A $8,000 USD non-refundable Build Schedule Deposit reserves your position in our current build queue.

Your reservation places you in line for the next available build position. We do not typically assign firm build or completion dates this far in advance. The nature of aircraft builds, component availability, supplier lead times, and the progress of existing projects make precise dates difficult to predict.

Instead, once your reservation is made, we will discuss the expected timing and general build sequence with you directly and keep you informed as your position in the queue approaches.

The $8,000 deposit is credited in full toward the final purchase price of your aircraft upon execution of the definitive Purchase Agreement.

What happens after you reserve?

1. Reserve your build position

Complete the $8,000 Build Schedule Deposit through our secure online payment process.

Once payment is received, your position is added to our current build queue.

Your reservation does not require you to have every aircraft detail finalized. In fact, one of the advantages of reserving early is having time to work through those decisions with our team.

2. Build consultation

If we have not already discussed your project in detail, we'll schedule a personal consultation with you shortly after your reservation.

This is where we begin understanding what you want from your aircraft, how you intend to use it, and what configuration you are considering.

We'll discuss the major aspects of the build, including aircraft configuration, avionics, powerplant and propeller, interior, lighting and electrical systems, exterior finish, and other available options.

3. Define your aircraft

During the period leading up to your build position, we'll work with you to develop the configuration of your aircraft.

You don't need to make every decision immediately. Some options depend on the stage of the build and availability at the time your aircraft enters build, so we'll guide you through the decisions as your build progresses.

Our goal is to give you the time and information necessary to make thoughtful decisions rather than rushing you through a configuration simply because you have reserved a build position.

4. Finalize the specs

As your build position approaches, we'll finalize the scope and configuration of your aircraft.

The final specifications, pricing, payment schedule, and delivery terms will be documented in a separate Purchase Agreement between you and GA Aerospace.

The $8,000 Build Schedule Deposit is credited in full toward the aircraft purchase price once that agreement is executed.

5. Your aircraft enters build process

Once the build is ready to begin, your aircraft moves into our build process.

From that point forward, our team manages the build through the agreed scope—from initial preparation and structural assembly through systems installation, finishing, inspection, and final delivery.

Why reserve early?

You don't have to have everything figured out today.

Our build schedule is intentionally structured to give customers time to make informed decisions about their aircraft while securing their place in our queue.

By reserving early, you can:

  • Secure your position in the build queue before our schedule fills further.

  • Take time to develop your aircraft configuration rather than making every decision at once.

  • Work directly with our team to evaluate available options and build requirements.

  • Plan your project well in advance, including financing, kit availability, logistics, and other preparations.

  • Follow the progress of the schedule as your build position approaches.

A build process built around your aircraft

No two customer builds are exactly alike. Configuration, available options, component lead times, and the progress of other aircraft in build can all affect the timing and scope of a build.

For that reason, we believe in maintaining direct communication with our customers throughout the process rather than promising a hard build date months in advance.

We'll discuss your expected timeline with you directly, provide updates as your position approaches, and work together to make sure your aircraft is ready when its build position arrives.

Ready to reserve your place?

If you're considering having GA Aerospace build your aircraft, you don't need to have every detail finalized before getting started.

Reserve your build position today for $8,000 USD, and we'll take it from there.
