Structural Assembly
The heart of a well-built plane lies in the mechanical bond between its components. Be it solid rivets, blind rivets or nuts and bolts, we assemble our planes following Aerospace Manufacturing Quality standards & best practices, with the use of both home-built & industrial tools / equipment.
Sheet Metal
From forming and bending to drilling, countersinking and dimpling, Sheetmetal is our core expertise. All sheet metal is handled with special care during its trimming, forming and assembly process.
Fuel Tank Assembly
Being the least popular among builders and A&P's, proseal can be quite stressing and messy to work with. After dealing with aircraft-grade sealants for years on major OEM parts (Boeing, Embraer, Airbus, etc), we have mastered the art of fuel tank sealant handling and application.
Composites
We take our time and put detailed effort into working composite materials like carbon fiber, fiberglass and epoxy resins to produce a light, resistant and eye-pleasing component.
Mechanical
Engine-related tasks are no joke. Duties are performed according to the manufacturer's instructions. From installation, to fluid levels, to propeller pitch, we verify and test every single nut and bolt per spec, so you are safe and ready to fly.
