Structural Assembly
The integrity of a well-built plane lies in the mechanical bond between its components. Be it solid rivets, blind rivets or nuts and bolts, we assemble our planes following Aerospace Manufacturing Quality standards & world-class best practices, utilizing industrial grade tools & equipment.
Sheet Metal
From forming and bending to drilling, countersinking and dimpling, Sheetmetal is our core expertise. All sheet metal is handled with special care during its trimming, forming and assembly process.
Fuel Tank Assembly
Being the least popular among builders and A&P's, proseal can be quite stressing and messy to work with. After dealing with aircraft-grade sealants for years on major OEM parts (Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, Airbus, etc), we have mastered the art of fuel tank sealant handling and application.
Composites
Our composites team combines precision, craftsmanship, and care in every part we build. From fiberglass to carbon fiber, we deliver lightweight, high-strength components with attention to detail that reflects our passion for aerospace manufacturing.
Mechanical

Our skilled paint technicians and professional-grade spray booth are the perfect match for a stunning finish. We use environmentally responsible surface prep and cleaners trusted by OEMs across commercial and military aviation. Customers can select from premium aircraft as well as automotive-grade paint systems, with finishes from top-tier brands — delivering durability, performance, and head-turning results.
